A member asked:

While having sex i got a minor cut inside could that cause me an abnormal pap smear?

No.: A pap smear is a test to look at cells on the outside of the cervix (lower portion of the uterus) to screen for cancer cells. A cut would not show up as cancer cells on the test, so you should not have an abnormal test due to the cut.
