Recently my neck and spine(between the scalpulas) started hurting, do you have any suggestion or ideas what is causing the pain and how to heal it?

Axial neck pain: This sounds like a typical presentation of axial neck pain, which can have many different causes. If you start having numbness/tingling in the upper extremity, then it means you have nerve compression. For now i recommend moist heat, aleve (if you can take it) and supplement with tylenol (acetaminophen). I would also look up neck strengthening exercises on the internet, with will also help.
