How medically sound is the diagnosis of an acupuncturist? if i'm informed i have kidney problems (and more) is it worth bringing up with a doctor?

Kidney TCM: I agree with dr. Baker. I am a western trained physician & an accupuncturist. Even though i lived in the orient for many years, i had a very hard time getting my mind around all the differences between traditional chinese medicine (tcm) & western medicine. Problems under the kidney sphere of influence with tcm can be very different than typical genitourinary issues treated with western medicine.
