Oxalate stone?: Peanuts and peanut butter are rich in oxalate, though nowhere near as much as spinach, or what one will excrete from taking lots of vitamin c. There's a theoretical risk that this will promote oxalate stone production, but since even vitamin c zealots seldom get stones from it, i'd simply ask you to stay well-hydrated and not be afraid of a little peanut butter. Ask your urologist as well.
