Anything: Old medical thinking is that since most kidneys stones are calcium oxalate, that you should avoid eating calcium and oxalic acid foods such as dairy and spinach respectively. This has been shown to be basically incorrect. There is more to the person who forms kidneys stones. Eat a balanced diet and don't over eat. Eat what you like or no diet will last.
