Avoid sugar. : If you eat a plant-based, whole food diet and avoid any added sugars or artificial sweeteners you will loose weight and re-sensitize your body to the hormone insulin. This is very likely to significantly improve your pcos and possibly resolve it completely. Sugar is toxic, but particularly to someone with your condition. It is added to many processed foods, so best to try to avoid them altogether.
