Is this new?: I'm not sure what you mean by "the other side." does this mean you are weaker on one side? Many people have an asymmetry of muscle strength. Did you used to have equal strength for the same exercise? If so, get checked out. You may be able to compensate by working a little harder on the weaker side.

You say that: You have half the strength on one side as another? Thats not normal. Go see your doctor. They will test your nerves and muscle strength in the office.
