Exercise.: Make you joints and muscles and bones stronger so they do not deteriorate any more. Excercising back is best, sometimes hot pool tharapy and massage. Occasional use of Ibuprofen is okay to control pain.

Try these: Spodyloarthrosis or degenerative disc disease or arthritis of the spine is a very common and benign condition. It is caused by wear and tear of our spine from regular or strenuous activity. The word is scary to hear from a layman's point of view but fear not! people don't die from it. Your arthritis will definitely outlive you. Try some otc tylenol (acetaminophen) or Ibuprofen (if u have no allergies).
