Can be difficult: AT your age this can be difficult. Does your doctor feel you have arthritis. Have you had back surgery in the past. Do you have osteoporosis.? And how has your doctor made the dx of spinal injury. Do you have prior dx of any type of arthritis of joints. This may be osteoarthritis. This is the most common disorder involving all of these areas. Please see a rheumatologist or your primary care doc.
