See your OB-GYN: You should see your OG-GYN doctor as soon as possible, or consider even going to the ER (depending on what time zone you are in). It is possible you could have a pelvic infection, and the sooner you treat this the better, with the least chance of complications. This is not the type of condition that you should "wait and see". You should "go and see" your Dr to find the cause ASAP.
