Concerning: black in stool is strongly suggestive of bleeding usually within the stomach. Your other symptoms are consistent with stomach issue as well, although there are other potential causes. Although Pepto Bismol (bismuth subsalicylate) or similar can also cause black stools, you need to be thoroughly evaluated.
