Usually 18: Most men stop growing by age 18, many earlier, though occasionally there is a slight increase in height between 18 and 21. If you haven't grown since 15 and are now 21 you can be certain that you have achieved your full height. Once the growth plates of your bones have fused there is nothing that can change it.
