Ever since having my gallbladder out, i've been having stomach/digestive problems and mild pain on the right side. could there be a post-surgery probl?

Possible: If the symptoms are the same as before surgery, it could be that they were not related to the gallbladder, or there could be a problem such as a retained common bile duct stone, or bile leak. You should see your surgeon to find out.

Possibly: Similar pain after gallbladder surgery may be related to the gallbladder. It really depends how long after surgery it is occurring. If it's within a week, it is probably just post-surgical pain. If it is longer, than stones may be present in the main duct and cause symptoms. You need to speak to your surgeon.
