Check vital signs: If there is any suspicion for this, it needs to be confirmed with a check of your vital signs first. Are you blood pressure and pulse rate normal? If you have a systolic BP more than 100 mmhg, and pulse above 50 bmp, it is unlikely that your symptoms are related to your heart.
