Likely a disc.: This sounds like a herniated disc or a pinched nerve. Your taking pain meds likely caused you to be insensitive to pain and so you probably moved around to the point where you likely aggravated your back pain. If this doesn't lessen or gets worse you should see your doctor to find out, as it's better to fine out than not know and make it worse. Good luck.
