See a doctor: If your little girl has a UTI she needs to be evaluated and treated medically. For prevention you can pick any of a number of approaches to prevent a uti. If she's got an infection, with symptoms of fever, pain, frequency, foul smelling or cloudy urine, she'll need to be treated with antibiotics. Infections, if untreated, can cause kidney damage or become life threatening. Don't wait.
