See a doctor: If your little girl has a UTI she needs to be evaluated and treated medically. For prevention you can pick any of a number of approaches to prevent a uti. If she's got an infection, with symptoms of fever, pain, frequency, foul smelling or cloudy urine, she'll need to be treated with antibiotics.
