I did not have a period for 17 1/2 weeks. uterine biopsy showed overgrown uterine cells. should i be concerned?

May be: Overgrown uterine cells is not a precise pathologic description. You should discuss the results of the biopsy with your doctor as hyperplastic changes in the endometrium can be precursors of more serious changes.
