Maybe not: Hepatitis b and hep. C are capable of causing chronic infection, but not hep. A. Fatigue is a very nonspecific symptom, so it may or may not be related to your recent illness. If you had hep. B or c and are not sure about the status of your hepatitis (whether it completely resolved), blood testing can help.

See below: Some people who have had hepatitis a can have a relapsing form that recurs 6-9 months after the initial infection. Once recovered, however, u will not get it again: it does not have a chronic form. Take precautions to prevent spreading ds to others: hand washing, no sex, no wet kissing. Treat symptoms with rest, fluids, (if ok with fp, NSAID for fever).
