See your doctor: prior alcoholic hepatitis may progress to cirrhosis even in the absence of continuing alcohol use, particularly in patients who are hepatitis C positive. You need ongoing blood work, and may need specialized testing (liver ultrasound and perhaps ultimately biopsy). There may be other causes, so a full evaluation by your PCP is in order.
