Not clear: Hepatitis b is not detected by CBC (complete blood count). If they did a separate "hepatitis b" test, then i'd like to see the result thereof. There are different antibodies and antigens that are tested, so without actually seeing the result, it is hard to tell whether it is conclusive or not. Also, if you are in the acute phase of hepatitis b, the results of the tests may be inconclusive.

Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, there is insufficient information for a meaningful opinion without examining you.
