Depends: If it is always painful, go to the surgeon to get it removed. If it isn't bothering you and you have no symptoms, just eat less fatty foods so you won't get extra pains.

Gall bladder stone: I assume you are not having any problems at present but the stone is there because your gall bladder is becoming diseased and you will eventually have problems with pain, nausea and bloating. Having your gb removed now is easy when you are not sick or ill.
