No: Vestibular neuritis is an inflammation of the nerve of balance in your inner ear. Sometimes the inflammation also involves the adjacent nerve of hearing - which would cause hearing loss, but the presence of vestibular neuritis itself does not directly cause hearing loss now or in the future.
