MS: can manifest with any or all of the symptoms and conditions you mentioned except for perhaps "random" hearing loss. The deficits associated with MS tend to last for days to weeks if not longer.

Would consider MS: Incidence of MS following optic neuritis varies from 25% to 81% depending on whether additional white matter lesions are present on MRI. Some of your symptoms raise concerns about MS, and thus, encourage pursuing answers through your neurologist.
