Plantar fasciitis: Any weight bearing exercise can aggregate symptoms if proper stretching is not done first or if shoes do not provide proper support. Symptoms are often aggregated by poor shoe choices when working or going without shoes at home rather than specific exercises. Pain often persists or worsens because of daily activities rather than exercises. If an activity is painful listen to your body and stop.
