Anal fissure?: Is this what u meant? They result from straining w/ bm's & hard stools. Increasing dietary fiber & fluid intake + stool softeners can help. Not straining when having bm. May then heal on own. Hemorrhoid meds may help. More severe cases may need Botox injection or minor surgery to correct problem. Keeping stools soft is key. Proctologist is specialist to see if problem not resolved w/ conservative.
