Yes: Yes it is possibe to still get pregnant, but irregular cycles can make it more difficult. You should speak with your ob/gyn or a reproducitve endocrinologist about further testing to determine the reason why they are irregular and if there are any other factors that may be affecting your ability to conceive (the fallopian tubes and semen).

Probably: Remember, if one has normal regular every 28-day cycles, one will get her period on a different numbered date each month. If this is the case, then ovulation is unlikely to be an issue. If trying for a year and still not pregnancy, then an infertility evaluation is warranted. On the other hand, if menstrual period is truly irregular, then infertility evaluation is warranted.
