1 month Hx subjective shortness of breath, but not sure if objectively so or just anxiety. Can breathe deeply w/o issue but throat & solar plexus feel 'tight.' No chest pain & lift weights & walk or jog 3-5 miles/day.Worrisome for heart/lung issue?
