None: The short answer is there are no natural remedies. The long answer is: it depends on how you define "natural". In my clinical experience, the best treatment for pitted acne scars is fractional laser resurfacing. If the color of the scar is the problem (brown or red, ), this can be addressed by light treatments such as ipl. Some creams and lotions can also fade the color of scars.
