See your doctor to : Determine if there is a metabolic reason for your fatigue and body aches... You could be anemic or hypothyroid.. Then once that is determined, small doses of walking 20 minutes daily would help to get feeling better.

Fatigue: Fatigue is a vague symptom that can be due to many things like anemia, thyroid, low vitamin levels, hormonal imbalances as well as serious medical conditions. First see your doc to make sure all is well. If so seeing an integrative doc may shed new light on how to deal with the fatigue. I also recommend eating low glycemic foods, drinking water, using good multivitamins, b complex and d3.
