Form of Pedi Skin TB: Primary complex is a rare form of pediatric tb, that is not transferable among children. The child must be exposed to TB by an adult, then develops primary complex tb(primary inoculation tb, tuberculous chancre, or primary tuberculous complex). It results from the direct entry of the organism into the skin or mucosa of a nonsensitized individual.
