Adipex side effects: Adipex can cause several side effects on heart since it is very similar to amphetamines. It can cause palpitation , fluttering in the chest, chest pain , shortness of breath, increased blood pressure and can also cause heart attack.If used in combination with phen-fen it can also cause pulmonary hypertension.
