Possible Dyshydrosis: Sounds like dyshydrosis where genetically you have more sweat glands on the palms of your hands and soles of your feet. The best treatment is to use an astringent solution prescribed by your doctor that when used daily reduces the amount of sweat produced and usually controls the problem. Because the areas are wet they also usually have a white flaky rash associated with it that can itch.
