Water: How much do they drink without your pushing?How concentrated is the urine?32 oz is a great goal, but there is going to be some day to day variability based on activity level, other sources of fluid intake etc. Ask yourself, is this really the battle you want to have with them right now? Teenagers have a tendency to push back when they feel like control is being taken away. Choose your battles.
