Yes: If an epley maneuver has been helpful it is not unusual to require more than one session of this therapy to achieve longer control. However, if the epley is unsuccessful, there are surgical procedures that can give good long term vertigo control. Plugging a semicircular canal or cutting the nerve to the canal can be helpful, but does carry with it a higher risk.
