Some suggestions: It's more important to brush and floss regularly and properly after meals than which toothpaste or mouthwash you use. The fanciest and most expensive hand soap does nothing without proper scrubbing. Use any ada accepted Fluoride toothpaste and both listerine and crest prohealth are my two personal favorite rinses. Use ones that you like and help you stay on track.

Fluoride: Any toothpaste that contains Fluoride and antibacterial agents is recommended. Some have whiteners if you want.Mouthwash can contain alcohol or not so be aware of which one you choose. All are good -some stronger than others.
