Whitening methods?: To the best of my knowledge, i don't believe there are any mouthwashes that can really whiten teeth. Whitening toothpastes are more abrasive and remove surface stain, and should not be used on a regular basis. Some may have whitening agents but the effectiveness is limited at best. I would suggest you see a dentist to discuss all your tooth whitening options before doing anything.

None exist: There is no such thing as the best whitening toothpaste or mouthwash. The best claim that they have is that they remove or disrupt surface plaque and that will make the teeth appear whiter. These solutions are not in contact with the teeth long enough to penetrate through the enamel and reach the dentin and lighten the dentin. You need lightening gel in a tray for best whitening.
