Depression Anxiety: If you have been struggling with these symptoms best will be to get an evaluation with a psychiatrist a lot of these issues can be addressed with therapy if addressed early and are mild at times both meds and therapy is indicated you are a young person take care of self as it gets worse and difficult to treat if delayed all the best.

Assess: Assessment is the place to start. Consider seeing a psychiatrist or a doctoral level clinical psychologist for a comprehensive evaluation. You may need a medical workup to assess for underlying medical causes. Once fully assessed, then treatment options can be presented. One of those being cognitive behavioral therapy. Your symptoms can be treated but you need to be evaluated first. Take care.
