Cervical lymph nodes: Lymph glands in the neck are very common, and can be seen with many benign conditions such as an infected throat or ear, skin inflammation, or an irritated scalp. Worrisome symptoms would be continued growth in the size of the glands, fever, drenching sweats, unexplained weight loss, or pain. Please see your physician if the glands don't go away soon.
