I would have thought: They should be removed in 6 weeks. If these are non removable ones - and need to be absorbed - it could be scar tissue or it is possible they could be infected. Do you have a fever. Are any of them red. Show the ones that hurt to your surgeon or his nurse and they might be able to help you.
