Hard to say: The bleeding that occurs following a miscarriage can last for up to 6 weeks, - not usually that long, but it can linger. Until the pregnancy hormones have cleared completely from your system you may have irregular bleeding. If you are worried, an ultrasound and labs can better determine the exact cause.
