No: If what you mean by uncomfortable is uterine cramping, then honestly, that is not always a good sign. Generally after an et there should be no bleeding and/or cramping except maybe some implantation cramping 2-3 days later with or without some light spotting. Your discomfort may be do to other factors. Hoping for a positive result.
