A member asked:

I had a frozen embryo transfer yesterday! and last night i felt very uncomfortable! can the embryo die straight after being inserted in the womb?

Yes it can...: It can, but the discomfort has nothing to do with whether the embryo survived or not. My fingers are crossed for you! dr. Roseff have you seen our ivf success rates?! www.Ivfmd.Com.

No: If what you mean by uncomfortable is uterine cramping, then honestly, that is not always a good sign. Generally after an et there should be no bleeding and/or cramping except maybe some implantation cramping 2-3 days later with or without some light spotting. Your discomfort may be do to other factors. Hoping for a positive result.
