Check diet, use meds: Make sure that you are not eating foods that might make you more "gassy" than usual. If no nausea/vomiting, try using your post-operative pain meds. If this resolves the pain, it is likely benign and nothing serious. If it persists/ worsens, or if you have fever, pain, or swelling at your incision sites, call your surgeon immediately.
