Possible: It's possible it may develop in the other eye , but it will most likely be detected at a very early stage as both eyes can be monitored simultaneously.

Likely: Open angle glaucoma is more likely a bilateral disease that unilateral. You may be showing signs in only one eye now. Chances are you other eye will be affected at some time.
