Nothing wrong: This is probably due to some inefficiencies in your right eustachian tube, and when there is a little negative pressure in the middle ear, you'd be more likely to hear your internal carotid artery pulsate, which is located just below the middle ear. If your nose is also chronically stuffy - the cause of that may be causing the partial eustachian tube inefficiency. Either way - not to worry.
