Can someone have pancreatitis with no pain? I have elevated amylase serum at 206 and lipase enzymes at 898
Ive had pancreatic enzymes checked a few times over the years. Lipase has never been elevated but amylase fluctuates. Ive had it as high as 300. Ive also had it just above the range and normal as well. Never pancreatitis. Could be cancer ???
