Over 20 years ago had head trauma from attack.i seem to be getting four kinds of head pains all the time.most on left side of head.some are very sharp?

Not sure of your q?: If you are wondering if your head could still hurt from the damage done during your assault 20 years ago, i would say "could be" but would need to examine you and know more about it. If the pains have been constant since then, i would see someone but not worry. If they are changing or growing worse, I am recommending getting seen much sooner.

Traumatic cephalgia: This may be a refractory case of post-concussion head syndrome. A mixed headache syndrome is likley. Need an MRI to rule out chronic subdural hematoma, vascular malformation, meningioma, etc. Consult a neurologist.
