My uterine lining is 4.2 at day 12, my cycle normally about 30-31, is the lining grow too slow? can the embryo implant if my lining is 4.2 at day 12?

Usually not: The ideal uterine lining is 10-14 mm. 8 mm is really the minimum desired lining. I suppose it is possible to implant with a lining of 4.2, but I have never seen or heard of it. That is definitely abnormal and should be further evaluated.
