Yes: It is very possible that you may have an infection of the ear canals called otitis externa or as it is often known as "swimmer's ear". Usually this comes from trapped water in ear canal causing an infection in underlying skin of canal see your dr and see if you have this if so can be treated with antibiotic ear drops.
