Is it possible to all of a sudden be allergic to my puppy after having him for one year already without any problems? or my allergies are from else.

Sometimes: Allergies can occur anytime, but if you have never had allergy symptoms before, it is unlikely you are going to develop them suddenly. It may be that you always had some reaction to it and it worsened over time and now you noticed it. So i think it is best you get evaluated by an allergist and get tested and see what is going on.
