It : It is really unlikely that yopu would absorb enought to cause any issues. Your symptoms should be addressed by your doctor.

Yes: If you are allergic to sulfa there is a small cross reactivity to sulfate. The small amount of sulfate in your shampoo and body wash should not cause you a huge problem. If you are highly allergic to sulfa then you should be getting a local reaction like itching, rash from the use of the shampoo and body wash.
